JAZZCASH DEPOSIT
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

JazzCash is Pakistan's largest mobile wallet and the most-used PKR777 deposit method by a huge margin — over 60% of all PKR777 deposits flow through it. This guide walks you through every step: opening the deposit page, choosing JazzCash, sending the payment from your JazzCash app, copying the transaction ID, and confirming the credit. We also cover what to do if something goes wrong.

Before You Start — Quick Checklist

1. You have a registered PKR777 account (if not, register here in 60 seconds).
2. You have a JazzCash mobile account with sufficient balance for your deposit.
3. The JazzCash mobile number you'll use should match your registered PKR777 mobile number — otherwise the matching will require manual review.
4. You have a stable internet connection (mobile data or Wi-Fi).

Step 1 — Open the PKR777 Deposit Screen

Log in to your PKR777 account on the website or in the official app (download from the download page). At the top right of the lobby on web, or in the bottom navigation bar on mobile, you will see a gold "Deposit" button. Tap it.

Step 2 — Choose JazzCash

The deposit screen displays five payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Bank Transfer. Tap JazzCash. The JazzCash deposit form appears.

Step 3 — Enter the Deposit Amount

Type the PKR amount you want to deposit. Minimum: PKR 100. Maximum: PKR 500,000 per transaction.

If this is your first deposit, tick the "Apply Welcome Bonus" checkbox at the bottom of the form. This triggers a 100% match (up to PKR 10,000) — see our bonuses page for full terms.

Tap "Continue" or "Generate Payment Details".

Step 4 — Note the Merchant Number and Reference

The next screen displays:

• Merchant Mobile Number: the JazzCash mobile number to send your payment to. Important: this number is dynamic and unique to your transaction — do not save it for future use.
• Amount: the exact PKR amount to send.
• Optional Reference: sometimes a short note to add to the JazzCash transaction.

Keep this screen open — you'll come back to it in Step 6.

Step 5 — Send the Payment from Your JazzCash App

1. Open your JazzCash mobile app (or dial *786# for the USSD method).
2. Tap "Mobile Account" → "Send Money".
3. Tap "Send to JazzCash Mobile Account" (or "JazzCash to JazzCash").
4. Enter (or paste) the merchant mobile number from Step 4.
5. Enter the exact amount from Step 4.
6. (Optional) Enter the reference note if shown.
7. Tap "Continue" → review → enter your JazzCash MPIN → "Confirm".
8. The success screen appears. Note the Transaction ID (TID) — typically a 10–14-digit number.

Step 6 — Submit the TID on PKR777

Return to the PKR777 deposit screen (still open from Step 4). Paste the TID into the "Transaction ID" field. Tap "Submit".

Step 7 — Funds Credit Instantly

Within 30 seconds (often within 5 seconds), the PKR777 lobby balance updates to reflect your new deposit. If you applied the welcome bonus, the bonus money credits in the same moment as a separate "Bonus Balance" line.

Common JazzCash Deposit Problems

"My deposit hasn't credited after 5 minutes"

Most often caused by one of:

• Typing the TID with extra spaces or wrong characters.
• Sending to a merchant number from a previous (expired) deposit screen.
• Sending a different amount than the deposit form requested.

Solution: contact support with screenshots of your JazzCash success screen and the PKR777 deposit form. Most cases resolve in 15 minutes.

"Daily JazzCash limit exceeded"

JazzCash personal accounts have daily transaction limits set by Jazz (typically PKR 100,000–500,000 depending on your account tier). If you hit the limit, switch to EasyPaisa (see our EasyPaisa guide) or use bank transfer for that day.

"JazzCash app says service unavailable"

JazzCash maintenance windows occasionally hit Pakistani users. Try again in 5–10 minutes or use a different method.

"Wrong amount sent"

Contact support immediately with both screenshots. Mismatched amounts are normally fixed within 24 hours.
