1. Who We Are

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Data you give us directly

  • Account data: mobile number, password (encrypted), optional email, optional display name.
  • Verification data: CNIC images (only required for withdrawals above PKR 50,000).
  • Payment data: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay or bank account details you submit during deposits and withdrawals.
  • Support data: messages, screenshots and any information you share when contacting support.

2.2 Data collected automatically

  • Device data: device model, operating system, app version, IP address, approximate location (city level).
  • Game activity: games played, bet sizes, session times, win/loss totals.
  • Login data: timestamps, source IPs, device fingerprints (for fraud prevention).
  • Cookies: session cookies on the website, no third-party advertising cookies.

2.3 Data we do NOT collect

  • We never store your wallet PIN or card CVV.
  • We never read your phone contacts, SMS messages or photos beyond what you explicitly upload.
  • We never collect biometric data — fingerprint and face login are handled entirely on your device.

3. How We Use Your Data

  1. To provide the Service: create your account, process deposits and withdrawals, run games, credit bonuses.
  2. To verify identity: CNIC verification for large withdrawals, age confirmation, AML compliance.
  3. To prevent fraud: spot suspicious login patterns, multi-accounting, payment fraud.
  4. To support you: answer your questions in chat, WhatsApp, email and Telegram.
  5. To improve the platform: aggregated analytics on which games are popular, where load times are slow, which features are used.

4. Who We Share Data With

4.1 Payment processors

JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and licensed Pakistani banks receive only the data they need to process your transactions — never your password, never your game activity.

4.2 Game providers

JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic, Habanero, CQ9 and other studios receive an anonymous session token when you load their games — they never see your name, mobile number or wallet balance.

4.3 Cloud hosting

Our infrastructure runs on secured cloud servers with data encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). The hosting provider has no access to readable player data.

4.4 Authorities

We will share data with Pakistani regulators or law enforcement only when legally required, and only the minimum data necessary.

4.5 Third-party advertising

We do not sell your data to advertisers. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

  • Password storage: bcrypt hashing — your password is never stored in readable form.
  • Access controls: only senior support staff can view full account details, and every access is logged.
  • Two-factor authentication: available for every account from Settings → Security.
  • Regular audits: independent security firms test the platform every six months.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights at any time:

  • Access: request a full copy of all personal data we hold on you.
  • Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: close your account and request deletion of personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Restriction: ask us to stop processing your data for marketing or analytics purposes.
  • Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.

8. Cookies

The PKR777 website uses only essential session cookies needed to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or social-tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but logging in will not work without them.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is strictly for adults aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Any account discovered to belong to a minor is closed immediately and the deposit refunded to the original payment method.

10. International Data Transfers

Player data is hosted on servers physically located in jurisdictions with strong data-protection regimes. Where data is transferred outside Pakistan, the destination ensures protection equivalent to Pakistani standards through contractual safeguards.

11. Marketing Communications

You may receive bonus offers and promotional messages from PKR777. You can opt out at any time from Account → Settings → Notifications, or by replying STOP to any SMS. Even after opting out, transactional and security messages will continue.

12. Data Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours via SMS and email, along with the steps you should take to protect yourself.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes are notified by email and in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published.
