PKR 777 TERMS
& CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pkr777.com.pk and the PKR777 mobile applications (collectively "the Service"). By registering, depositing, playing or otherwise using the Service, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by every clause below. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

Last updated: January 2025. PKR777 may amend these terms from time to time; significant changes are announced via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

1. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play.
2. You must be a resident of Pakistan with a valid Pakistani mobile number.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Pakistan.
4. You must not be on any self-exclusion register or have been previously banned from the Service.
5. Employees of PKR777 and their immediate family members are not eligible to play.

2. Account Registration

1. One account per person, mobile number and household. Multiple accounts will be merged or closed without notice.
2. You must provide accurate and current information at registration.
3. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and OTPs confidential. PKR777 will never ask for them.
4. You must notify PKR777 immediately via the contact page if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. PKR777 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including via CNIC upload.

3. Deposits

1. Minimum deposit is PKR 100 (PKR 500 for bank transfer). See deposit page for the full method list.
2. Deposits must be made from a payment instrument owned by you and registered in your name.
3. Deposits credit instantly for mobile wallets and within 1 hour for bank transfers.
4. PKR777 charges zero deposit fees. Your wallet provider may apply its own fees.
5. Deposits made in error (wrong amount, wrong reference) are reversed within 24 hours upon written notice.

4. Withdrawals

1. Minimum withdrawal is PKR 200 (PKR 1,000 for bank transfer).
2. Withdrawals must be made to a wallet or account in your own name, matching the registered mobile number.
3. Withdrawals above PKR 50,000 in a single transaction require KYC verification (CNIC upload).
4. Bonus money is subject to wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn (see bonus terms).
5. You may have only one pending withdrawal at a time.
6. Standard withdrawal time: 2–5 minutes for mobile wallets, 30 minutes – 4 hours for bank transfer.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1. Each bonus carries specific terms (wagering requirement, validity period, eligible games) listed on the bonuses page.
2. The Welcome Bonus is available once per account, on the first deposit only.
3. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, collusion or low-risk wagering patterns — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.
4. PKR777 may withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time, with reasonable notice for active offers.
5. Maximum bet during bonus wagering is PKR 500 per round / spin / hand.

6. Fair Play

1. All games run on certified random number generation, audited by independent labs.
2. Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
3. Collusion between players (especially on multiplayer games) is prohibited.
4. Any attempt to exploit a software bug must be reported via the contact page; exploiting bugs for personal gain results in account closure and clawback of winnings.

7. Responsible Gaming

1. Gaming is entertainment, not a source of income. Never play with money you cannot afford to lose.
2. You may set deposit, loss and session-time limits at any time from Account → Settings → Responsible Play.
3. You may self-exclude for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the chosen period.
4. If you believe you have a gambling problem, seek professional help and self-exclude immediately.

8. Account Closure

1. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any positive balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
2. PKR777 may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms, engages in fraud, or fails KYC verification.
3. Accounts inactive for 12+ months may be marked dormant; balances are preserved and accessible upon re-verification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on pkr777.com.pk and the PKR777 apps — logos, designs, game graphics, code — is owned by PKR777 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PKR777 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including lost wallet balance arising from internet outages, device failures, or third-party payment processor delays beyond our control.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify PKR777 against any claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of applicable law.

12. Dispute Resolution

1. Most disputes are resolved through customer support within 48 hours.
2. Unresolved disputes are escalated to the PKR777 dispute team for review within 7 business days.
3. Final disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

13. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

14. Anti-Money-Laundering (AML)

PKR777 complies with Pakistani AML regulations. Transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Additional KYC may be requested at any time. Players found laundering funds will be reported to relevant authorities and have their accounts permanently closed.

15. Modification of Terms

PKR777 reserves the right to update these terms. Material changes are notified by email and in-app at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

17. Severability

If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full effect.
